ServiceNow Integrations Consultant

Are you an experienced ServiceNow integration specialist looking for your next challenge?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled ServiceNow Integration SME and Technical Consultant to develop and implement robust integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. This role involves working closely with platform architects, functional consultants, and technical teams to design and optimise seamless data exchange and process automation.

What you will be working on

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP, and other supported technologies
• Developing and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms such as ERP systems, IT monitoring tools, and HR systems
• Configuring and optimising MID servers to support integration requirements
• Ensuring compliance with security standards, including NIS2, GDPR, and ISO 27001
• Troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues, providing ongoing support
• Conducting end-to-end integration testing and updating Automated Test Frameworks (ATFs)
• Providing monitoring solutions, including reports, alerts, and dashboards for integrations
• Staying up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

What they would like to see

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and development
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and IntegrationHub Specialist and/or Developer certifications
• Expertise in IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and custom API integrations
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and JWT
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles (ITIL certification is a plus)
• Experience working in Agile teams, following sprint-based development
• Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, and SPM is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
