As a skilled Service Delivery Manager, you will manage accounts globally and be accountable for company teams to provide services with the highest quality and guarantee their continuity as prescribed in the client contract. You will also maintain and develop relationships between the business unit and any internal or external stakeholder at all times, working collaboratively alongside the account administration, service delivery teams, sales, and any other involved teams to deliver end-to-end management of all service components on the contract scope both on a day-by-day and an ad hoc basis.

- Be accountable for the e2e management of all contractual service components on the contract scope, functionally and technically
- Focus on making things happen according to the company standards by working and interacting with all company internal teams
- Create a confident and collaborative environment, remove organisational barriers to performance, use tools to document and monitor, and act to ensure delivery of expected results
- Proactively create and enhance good internal networking to address challenges and opportunities through the right levels
- Ensure an in-depth knowledge of the contract’s T&Cs, and share it with all relevant parties internally
