Senior/Staff Smart Contract Engineer

Our client in the games sector is seeking a remote, full-time Senior/Staff Smart Contract Engineer to join their inclusive and collaborative team. The remote role comes with a generous salary, many excellent benefits and the chance to work with a top gaming studio.  

In this role, you can expect to work with AAA game-design veterans to create next-generation fully on-chain games and ecosystems that power fully autonomous worlds in the studio's L3 ecosystem.  

In your first few weeks in this blockchain engineer role, you can expect to: 

• Create some of the largest and most ambitious smart contract ecosystems using cutting-edge EIPs and internally manifested architectures 
• Architect smart contracts in Solidity and Stylus to implement ideas and concepts that have never before been on chain 
• Design and implement games, DAPPs, and infrastructure that power the next era of Web3 gaming 
• Coordinate with highly talented teams in creating experiences that rival Web2 experiences.

• 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering 
• Advanced understanding of EVM environments and solidity 
• Experience building upgradable contracts via either UUPS, Transparent Proxies and/or Diamonds 
• Experience working with non-standard, completely bespoke smart contracts.
