Senior/Lead Gameplay Programmer

As a Senior/Lead Gameplay Programmer, you will direct a team to complete tasks within given deadlines and help them plan work effectively. 

In your first few weeks in this game developer role, you can expect to: 

• Lead professional development meetings for your team members 
• Give your team a vision that they can work towards 
• Participate in game development projects, write game programs 
• Resolve, evaluate and prevent issues such as performance and stability by creating and utilising debugging or test tools.

• A good understanding of 3D mathematics and algorithms 
• Mastery of Unreal Engine 4/5 
• At least 10 years of experience in triple-A game studios 
• Shipped triple-A titles on PC or console 
• A portfolio demonstrating your contribution to great published games.
