The Game Designer will design the core features and updates of the company's video game catalogue, including titles acquired over the last year. Specifically, this position will require knowledge/experience with innovative game mechanics, new monetisation loops, experience adjusting FTUE, and providing updates on the progression of your team.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Create and maintain design documentation
- Guide and collaborate with production staff to produce games as designed
- Balance and adjust gameplay experiences to ensure the critical and commercial success of the product
- Collaborate and guide other Game Designer(s).
To apply for this role, you will need to be working in Unity3D and have basic scripting knowledge. You will also require the following:
- Excellent English skills
- Experience in Free to Play and monetisation
- Experience with design work on a project that had a positive outcome for revenue or retention
- Up-to-date knowledge of new trends and practices in the mobile game industry.
