As a Senior XR/Game Producer, you will not only be at the forefront of driving our projects to new heights but will also play a pivotal role in steering the direction of immersive experiences as a whole. You will spearhead an interdisciplinary development team through all stages of production in close cooperation with the Head of Development and other departments.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:
- Facilitate effective collaboration between departments
- Develop comprehensive production plans, establishing a foundation for team success
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project completion
- Actively seek input from team members, recognising the importance of their contributions.
To apply for this Senior XR role, you will need familiarity with agile techniques and traditional production management. You will also require the following:
- Experience tracking complex projects using project tracking software and providing support in unblocking issues
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in VR/AR or location-based entertainment products.
