Senior XAML Developer

Are you an expert XAML UI developer with a passion for building polished, high-performance interfaces for games or simulations?

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established studio and play a key role in elevating the quality, consistency and usability of a leading simulation product used by a global community of players, enthusiasts, and professionals.

As a Senior XAML UI Developer, you will design and build sophisticated WPF/XAML interfaces, transforming design specifications into fully functional, visually cohesive screens, widgets and features. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the user interface is efficient, performant, and aligned with the overall product vision.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing complex, highly detailed and performant XAML-based UI, including screens, features, custom widgets, controls and visual elements
• Translating design specifications into functional, user-friendly interfaces
• Working closely with development teams, designers, artists and QA to deliver consistent and high-quality UI implementations
• Creating prototypes to quickly explore and validate new UI ideas
• Promoting visual and functional consistency across the entire user interface
• Maintaining high technical standards and identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Producing clear and accurate technical documentation to support UI implementations

What we're looking for:

• Deep expertise in WPF/XAML, with a proven track record of creating complex and high-quality UI
• Demonstrable experience developing XAML-based interfaces for games, simulations or similar interactive applications
• A strong self-driven work ethic and passion for creating compelling user experiences
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
