    • Identify incorrect setups and assess their impact on HR and payroll operations.
  • Tenant Review & Issue Resolution

    • Analyse Workday tenant configurations to detect misconfigurations, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies.
    • Develop recommendations and collaborate with Wipro and Strada to correct and optimise these configurations.
  • Advanced Reporting & Data Insights

    • Design, develop, and run complex queries and reports to support HR and payroll functions.
    • Provide data-driven insights to improve system functionality and ensure compliance with regional requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

    • Work closely with HR, payroll, IT, and external Workday partners to ensure smooth system operation.
    • Clearly communicate findings, proposed solutions, and implementation plans to key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
  • Experience in Workday tenant analysis and troubleshooting configuration issues.
  • Ability to develop and run complex Workday reports to support business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying system inefficiencies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with HR, payroll, and IT teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

  • This is a remote-first role, but candidates must be based in Europe (best cost country preferred).
  • The initial contract is for 3 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.

This is a key role in ensuring the effective operation of Workday across multiple regions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimising system configurations, enhancing reporting capabilities, and improving overall HR and payroll efficiency.
