Senior UX/UI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Developer, your primary focus will be on enhancing the user interface (UI) elements across different stages of the project. You will collaborate closely with our development team, creating wireframes and implementing design changes using industry-standard tools. 

In your first few weeks in this Senior UX/UI Developer role, you can expect to: 

• Analyse the existing navigation structure and propose improvements to enhance user flow and accessibility 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the design 
• Implement changes to the website's font styles, ensuring consistency and readability 
• Revise editorial content layouts to improve readability, engagement, and visual appeal 
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback 

To apply for this Senior UX and UI Developer role, you will need proven experience as a UX/UI Developer, with a focus on website transformation projects. You will also require: 

• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, along with other standard UXUI tools (e.g Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) 
• A good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design 
• Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, colour theory, and composition (essential)
