As a flexible Senior Level Unreal Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing features and interactivity in Unreal Engine and relevant Metaverse APIs with the goal of deploying to multiple platforms in an expanding Metaverse.
In your first few weeks in this Unreal Developer role, you can expect to:
- Design and implement code that is fit for purpose, scalable, human-readable, and in line with industry best practice
- Quality control the entire product lifecycle by testing intuitiveness, user experience, and debugging where necessary
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and interpret that into the required changes to the platform
- Liaise with other developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features and create relevant prototypes for new product ideas
- Deploy production code
To apply for this Unreal Developer role, you will need at least 1 year of experience with Unreal Engine and at least 2 years of experience in game development, with shipped titles. You will also require the following:
- Experience with C++ or C#
- Familiarity with game development with shipped console and/or mobile titles
- Experience in multi-platform development such as VR, AR, PC, console, mobile or web
