Senior Unity Multiplayer Programmer in London 

Are you a Unity Programmer with experience working on multiplayer games? Do you like the sound of working at a thriving studio on some exciting unique games? If so, this role is the one for you! 

As a Senior Unity Multiplayer Programmer at this studio in London, you will be using your Unity3D skills to develop the in-house solution for supporting multiplayer games that will support multiple global titles. If you like the sound of having a huge impact on the outcome of the game you work on, you’ll be a great fit here! 

This studio creates mobile free-to-play games as well as console games. Having found huge success in the past with previous releases, they’re looking forward to what the future holds for them with the new creative titles they have in the works. Senior Unity Multiplayer Programmer responsibilities: 

  • Create and implement features of mobile netcode solution 
  • Identify and manage risks 
  • Work on multiplayer implementation 
  • Write reusable code 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

  • Professional experience writing netcode 
  • Experience with Photon or similar solutions 
  • Understanding of networking risks, solutions and how they affect stakeholders 
  • Product leadership skills 
  • University degree (or equivalent) 
  • Significant experience with Unity3D development in C# 
  • Industry experience in programming network code for multiplayer games

Aside from the Tube, London offers buses, river buses, black cabs, ‘Boris Bikes’ and trams, so getting around the city should never be a problem!
