Senior Technical Recruiter

Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for sourcing top talent and driving the full recruitment cycle?

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing games studio in Limassol, Cyprus, where you will play a key role in building highly specialised teams across infrastructure, deployment, developer experience, data engineering, web development, and game framework development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial brief to onboarding and probation check-ins
• Driving hiring for 3–4 technical roles at a time, ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier candidates and timely delivery
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to align on requirements and recruitment strategies
• Applying creative sourcing techniques across multiple platforms, communities, and networks
• Leveraging recruitment data to improve conversion rates, refine processes, and adjust sourcing approaches
• Ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS for transparency and data integrity
• Sharing structured insights with hiring teams on market trends, candidate behaviour, and interview

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in product companies, hiring for a wide range of technical roles across Eastern Europe
• Proven success in recruiting for relocation and closing top-tier talent quickly and reliably
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience using advanced search methods and multiple platforms
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with confidence in using metrics to optimise outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines effectively
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, with strong communication and collaboration skills
