Remote Senior Server Engineer

As a Senior Server Engineer at this studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely from within the USA as you work to oversee and develop new features for the backend technology stack of this project. Taking a hands-on approach to this role and working closely with product managers, marketing, QA and more you will be playing a key role in the success of the platform.
This studio creates advanced media content through sport-based mobile games, as well as apps, websites, and virtual experiences. If you’re a sports lover who likes the sound of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and combining entertainment and lifestyle, you could be the perfect fit for this role.
Senior Server Engineer responsibilities:
- Develop and debug game server code (C#/.NET)
- Implement new systems and modify existing ones
- Deploy, optimise and test software on server
- Document software and features for internal and external engineering teams
- Mentor and collaborate with engineering team
Key requirements for this remote role:
- University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering
- Extensive experience with C#/.NET
- Extensive experience with SQL server
- Proficient in debugging and performance optimisations
- Able to travel occasionally
- Be based in the USA
