As a fully remote Senior R&D Software Engineer in the U.S. you will be bringing knowledge of technical areas to bring people together through virtual entertainment.

This studio is working on bringing people together through virtual entertainment, enabling interactive live performances and experiences across the globe. If you like the sound of working with the latest tech amongst the best talent around, you’ll fit right into the team here. 

Requirements

• Programming experience on either gaming or games adjacent projects
• Experience profiling and addressing performance and scale problems
• Strong knowledge of C#, C++ and Unreal and understanding of motion capture technology
• Ability to conduct graphics programming using C++, C#, HLSL, GLSL or other shading languages
• Understanding of animation techniques and technologies

Responsibilities

• Working with a team to develop prototypes and cleanly implemented and tested features
• Researching solutions to creation and production problems
• Leading the architecture requirements, designs and implementations
• Performing code reviews and providing mentorship to junior engineers
• Identifying the solutions for any performance or architectural issues
