As a Senior QA Analyst, you will oversee a wide range of tests to ensure software meets end-user requirements, including setting test scope and objectives, monitoring test coverage and evaluating the overall quality of targeted test items.
In your first few weeks in this QA Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Deliver technical, quantitative, and qualitative feedback on assigned features to the development team
- Execute pre-integration build verification and reporting processes, along with content testing strategies using development tools
- Use telemetry to augment test requirements and plans
- Craft, research or utilize existing tools to improve and measure QA efficiency.
To apply for this Senior Quality Assurance role, you will need to be dedicated, flexible and able to adapt the QA process to the critical needs of multiple teams. You will also require the following:
- An understanding of defect prevention and defect containment, with the ability to collect and transcribe defect data that can be used to generate risk reports
- Ability to create training programmes to spread test excellence across all Jagex test teams
- Advanced understanding of the development process.
