As a Senior Programmer, you will be working on both client and server aspects of the game. The team you'll be joining is filled with collaborative high performers who embrace ideas and knowledge from everyone to develop and inspire themselves and their games.
In this Senior Programmer role, you can expect to be responsible for the following:
- Fully own complex systems through design and development
- Help guide creative planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives
- Play a key role in bug fixing and helping the team to deliver milestones
- Mentor and develop junior staff.
To apply for this Programming role, you will need 5 years of industry experience and several years of C++ or C# experience. You will also require the following:
- Experience with Visual Studio and Perforce
- Proven debugging and critical analysis skills
- Capable of learning a new language or technology without guidance
- Capable of working autonomously, gathering your own requirements and creating your own solutions
