As a Senior Programmer at this thriving studio in Warwick you will be working with a talented team working across several areas of game development, designing, scheduling and delivering high quality code. This studio is a leading developer of games and is one of the biggest indie studios in Europe which works on a range of media from books and comics to TV and film! As they work on some exciting unreleased titles, they’re growing their diverse team, so it’s the perfect time to join them!
Senior Programmer key responsibilities:
- Support in-house working practices
- Mentor junior programmers
- Work in the studio’s bespoke multi-platform game engine
Essential requirements for this role in Warwick:
- Strong C/C++ skills
- Able to familiarise yourself with a large codebase quickly
- Able to prototype and produce final code
- Debugging, profiling and optimising skills
- 3D maths skills
- Passionate about games
