Are you an experienced game product leader ready to take full ownership of product direction from strategy through live operation?

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone who has shipped and operated live or regularly updated games and thrives on making clear decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.

About the role...

You will lead the product direction for a game from high-level strategy through execution and live operations. This role comes with real accountability and decision-making authority. You will define priorities, manage trade-offs, and keep delivery moving while balancing player experience, quality, and long-term commercial health.

Working closely with design, engineering, and art, you will turn goals into actionable plans, remove blockers, and continuously raise the bar on delivery. You will use player feedback, performance data, and market context to shape the roadmap, validate decisions, and help the team ship smarter over time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation across development and live operations
  • Driving timely decisions and managing trade-offs across scope, quality, risk, and schedule
  • Setting clear delivery targets and supporting the team to hit them consistently
  • Advocating for player value, game quality, and sustainable commercial performance
  • Partnering closely with design, engineering, and art leadership on a day-to-day basis
  • Using player feedback, product data, and insights to guide direction and validate outcomes
  • Creating clarity around goals, responsibilities, and expectations across the team
  • Improving ways of working across planning, delivery, and live update cycles

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in product, production, or leadership roles within game development
  • Proven experience shipping and operating live or live-updated games
  • Strong understanding of game development workflows and cross-discipline pipelines
  • Confidence owning both product direction and delivery outcomes
  • Strong product judgement informed by data, player insight, and market awareness
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Background in game design, engineering, or hands-on development
  • Experience launching and growing multiple game titles
  • Live operations experience on long-running games with frequent content or feature releases
