As a Senior Product Manager at this studio in London, you will be on a mission to shape the relationship between games in production and the player, striving to create fun and unique games and define KPI targets for the titles you work on, ensuring the roadmap is aligned to achieve them.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities: 

• Represent the commercial needs of the studio in the game development team 
• Bring disciplines together 
• Work with game design, production and publishing to define the vision, strategy and business model for the game 
• Come up with and implement new business models to take titles into the future 
• Work on KPIs for the projects 
• Set up and support performance goals and benchmarks 
• Analyse game metrics and feedback to identify improvements for player experience 
• Manage and mentor Product Managers 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

• Passionate about creating fun and compelling games 
• Product Management experience in games and free to play 
• Deep knowledge of the games industry and its trends 
• Experience with multiplayer game development cycles 
• Stakeholder management skills 
• Able to deliver data driven recommendations 
• Experience in quantitative analysis
