Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Producer to join a fantastic team. This full-time Senior Producer role is based in Winnipeg, Canada, and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. We can offer a relocation package and if needed, VISA sponsorship for the right candidate.
As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with our talented development team and help deliver exceptional new content that continues to delight our loyal fans. You will also help with upcoming new games developed at the Winnipeg studio. This is an on-site role in our client's Studio.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to:
- Coordinate development on DLC packs, reporting directly to the Head of the Studio
- Help the development team achieve their goals and deliver content on time and to a high quality
- Proactively identify, prioritise and schedule work based on the project roadmap
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives

- Ability to build trust and rapport and communicate confidently and effectively
- Collaborative approach with the ability to motivate different teams and disciplines effectively

- Solid understanding of Agile processes
