Senior Producer

Skillsearch is looking for a skilled Senior Producer to join our Old School Development team for a leading MMO. This is an exciting remote role where you will support the development of a major new feature for a well-known game. You will be responsible for delivering compelling features aligned with a product roadmap and guiding any external development efforts. This full-time Senior Producer role is remote from the UK and comes with a generous salary and benefits. 

As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with the games discipline leads and other key project stakeholders to successfully execute this major new feature. You'll support and improve planning, development, and release processes continuously to meet product vision and quality goals. 

If you were already working as Senior Producer, here are some things you can expect to do: 

• Work closely with the Executive Producer, Product and Marketing to understand, champion, and translate the product vision to the dev team and all cross-functional stakeholders 
• Contribute to the living franchise business review efforts 
• Support long-term capacity and resource planning 
• Anticipate and address potential problems like resource blockers, quality concerns, and scope changes
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of dev initiatives within the team, ensure we can measure the ROI, and optimise dev pipelines 

We're looking for someone detail-focused and who is an expert at balancing team resources, development requirements and product goals to deliver excellent game features and content. You will have a good understanding of online, live service games and the associated technology. You'll contribute to and support the scaling of development via outsourcing, develop plans and requirements, and review statements of work.
