In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to:
- Partner with leads and directors to understand their needs and develop processes to improve communication, scheduling, and the overall quality of life for the studio
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps, and ensure the team is on track to reach our goals
- Define the processes we use to support cross-departmental development pipelines (for example, Levels, Playable Characters, or Systems)
To apply for this Senior Producer role, you will need 5+ years of game production experience. You will also require the following:
- Have shipped at least one AAA game in a producer or senior producer role
- Previous management experience
- Experiences with outsourcing management, such as handling contract details and deliverable acceptance
- To be a resident of the United States
