Senior Producer

Skillsearch is looking for a talented and collaborative Senior Producer to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team. This full-time Producer role is based in Leamington Spa with hybrid working and comes with an excellent salary and benefits package. 

As a Senior Producer, you will be working with the Head of Production to organise, plan and manage the development of the company's hyper casual game releases. You will provide regular feedback on the games the company makes and help design and create the best games. 

In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to: 

• Join an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team and work closely with them to ensure the best results 
• Coordinate with marketing, analytics and core tech departments to meet release deadlines 
• Think creatively, be motivated by challenges and constantly strive for the best 

To apply for this Producer job, you will need at least 4 years of experience in a production management role within a game's studio. You will also require the following: 

• Administration, management and organisational skills 
• Experience with agile project management methodologies 
• A “self-starter” mentality 
• An interest in mobile games and you play them daily 
• Charismatic, energetic and integral character
