Senior Producer

As a flexible Senior Producer, you will work in one of the company's game teams to ensure the successful delivery of titles.

In your first few weeks in this Senior Producer role, you can expect to work in these areas:

• Project planning at both a high-level ‘big picture’ and detailed, week-by-week task-focused plans
• Engaging with a wide range of people from the most senior to the most junior, willing to both listen carefully and challenge hard
• Team management with an adaptable (by situation) style, focused on facilitative leadership as opposed to ‘command and control’

To apply for this Senior Producer role, you will need an understanding of the context of games development and experience working as part of one or more game development teams. You will also require the following:

• Inclusive and collaborative team management skills
• A grasp of Agile and especially Scrum
• Familiarity with a variety of project management and bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, DevTrack, Trello, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of Excel.
