As a Senior Producer at this studio, you will be working fully remotely taking on responsibility for an internal game team. It is essential that you have a great track record in working on large projects and are looking to take the next step in your career.

Senior Producer responsibilities: 

• Drive teams to achieve shared goals that are related to the game vision 
• Lead a highly skilled team in a collaborative and motivating environment 
• Communicate with your team, peers, and key stakeholders 
• Production planning and tracking for the development team 
• Look after budget planning and tracking 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

• Passionate about games 
• Able to align teams towards a shared goal 
• Experienced in leading teams 
• Growth mindset 
• Able to apply agile/lean delivery principles 
• Able to manage budget plans 
• Experience of managing at least one full game development cycles 
• Experience of managing a live game including regular updates 
• Multi-platform experience 
• Experience working with evolving technology
