Senior Producer

Are you an experienced Senior Producer looking to take the lead on an exciting new project?

A multi-award-winning game developer is seeking a skilled and organised Senior Producer to help shape their next big title. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in defining and executing the vision for an upcoming project while driving production efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Cross-Disciplinary Teams: Support a development pod, working closely with team leads to plan and deliver milestone content.
• Manage Project Schedules: Create and maintain realistic production schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Oversee Project Delivery: Partner with craft leads to achieve deliverables and track progress against key milestones.
• Facilitate Product Reviews: Organise regular stakeholder reviews, manage feedback, and adjust deadlines accordingly.
• Refine Production Processes: Apply a blend of agile, waterfall, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Keep Teams Aligned: Provide clear status reports and updates to maintain transparency across the studio.

What You’ll Need:

• Industry Experience: Previous experience as a Producer in the games industry, ideally on AAA titles.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong Planning & Coordination Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams from conception to completion.
• Sprint & Milestone Management: Skilled in resolving production roadblocks and optimising delivery timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating teams across various disciplines and experience levels.
• Proactive & Organised Approach: Able to work independently while keeping teams aligned with project goals.
