Senior Producer

We are seeking a Senior Producer for an exciting project within the gaming industry. The role is onsite in Guildford, UK, and offers a unique opportunity to join a growing team developing a creative, multiplayer cooperative game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leads and teams to manage resources, schedules, and deliverables.
• Develop a deep understanding of the game’s scope and break it into manageable production schedules.
• Monitor project status, track risks, and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Align expectations across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Offer insights on production processes and recommend improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior production staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of production experience in the gaming industry.
• Shipped at least one Console/PC game.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and task-tracking tools.
• Experience leading teams of 50+ members.
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience mentoring junior producers.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Live Service Projects.
• Interest in game engines and development tools.
