As a Senior Producer at this studio in London, you will be leading an internal game team as you work on new challenges and support junior members of the team in order to create the best game possible as an end product. If you love working in a dynamic environment and focusing on trade-offs between quality, time and cost, then you could be perfect for this role.

Senior Producer responsibilities: 

• Align cross-disciplinary teams towards shared goals 

• Lead a team of skilled individuals 
• Work on live game operations 
• Plan and track production for the development team 
• Work on budget planning and tracking 
• Try new approaches and mentor other producers 

Key requirements for this role in London: 

• Experience managing one or more full game development cycles from concept through to launch 
• Experience managing a live game with regular updates 
• Experience with agile and dependency driven development approaches 
• Multi-platform experience 

• Be passionate about games 
• Experience aligning teams towards shared goals 
• Strong leadership experience 
• Growth mindset 
• Able to apply agile/lean and sequential delivery principles 

• Experience working with new, emerging technologies
