As a Senior Network Engineer, you will provide high-performance network code solutions for client and server game logic. You will also provide localized network solutions to fit the global network environment.
In your first few weeks in this Network Engineer role, you can expect to:
- Provide high-performance network code solutions for client and server game logic
- Develop server engine code and backend services
- Develop networking code to interact with backend systems and online services
- Optimise existing networking codebase by instrumenting, profiling and analysing.
To apply for this Network Engineer role, you will need at least 5 years of Network Engineering experience. You will also require the following:
- At least one shipped mobile game as a network engineer
- Familiarity with mobile game networking techniques, debugging and performance analysis
- Deep knowledge of C+ and Python programming and practices
- Experience working on backend game systems or on client interface to backend game systems.
