Do you have Unity or Fusion experience, and are you seeking a new remote role? Our client is looking for a Senior Multiplayer Programmer, Unity, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £50,000 and a benefits package.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: Assist game team(s) in implementing the real-time multiplayer functionality for a AAA game using Unity and the Photon Fusion networking library
To apply, you will need 3+ years of experience creating real-time 3D multiplayer games on Unity which allow for more than 10 simultaneous players. You will also require the following:
- Knowledge of synchronization and replication techniques such as lockstep (+input delay), prediction, rollback, etc
- Solid experience implementing multiplayer games using Fusion
- Ability to design/implement hack-proof server-side authoritative multiplayer code
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
