During your first few weeks in this Senior Monetisation Designer role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:
- Drive the design and development of the economy and monetisation-related features for the game
- Design game monetisation systems that excite and re-engage players in an open and friendly manner
- Setting design plans and milestones for key monetisation and economy features
- High standards and writing high-quality documentation to deliver coherent and compelling visions of monetisation designs
- Make useful contributions to our creative planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives and help drive the development of our projects and the team
To apply for this Senior Monetisation Designer role, you will need 5+ years of industry experience in monetisation design roles. You will also require a track record demonstrating the successful monetisation of at least one commercially successful AAA title. In addition, you should have experience with games as a service, including strategies to enhance consumer engagement and retention and monetisation.
