Skillsearch is helping a leading global internet technology company find a Senior Live Ops Specialist for their growing North American team in California. Remote opportunities in Canada, US and Europe are available for this full-time role, and it offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
The company you will be working for provides premium online services centred around innovative and diverse content, community, communication and commerce. They also develop and operate some of the most popular mobile and PC games worldwide. You will help expand well-known MMO/RPG IPs into North America.
During your first few weeks in this LiveOps role, you can expect to begin work on:
- designing and optimizing various operational activities of the published game within the market of Europe and the U.S
- Coordinating the product design, operation and user gaming experience of overseas regions
- Investigating the gaming industry, analysing the market environment and giving guidance on industry experience and knowledge
- Working collaboratively with game publishers
You will need a bachelor's degree or above and at least 4 years of experience in the Europe or US Internet industry to apply for this Senior Live Ops Specialist position. We are also looking for the following:
- Extensive gaming experience on Console/PC
- Game industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and writing ability with an innovative mindset
- Mandarin speaker is preferred but not required
