As a Senior Lead Game Programmer, you will be responsible for managing and directing the development of technology for a game development project, both for current projects and future developments. You will take the project’s vision, technical requirements, timeline and budget into account while motivating the tech team and taking on the technical challenges within the project, identifying risk areas and coming up with approaches and solutions during the game's development

To apply for this Senior Lead Game Programmer role, you will need a background in managing a team of programmers for multiple game projects and being responsible for the projects being delivered on time, within budget and at the quality level expected to technical specification and stability. You should also have written several games/projects in C++ and understand the language's concepts, such as object-oriented approach, pointers and references, containers, inheritance, polymorphism, structures, visibility, smart pointer types, templates, multiple inheritance and overloading. In addition, it would be a clear bonus if you have created projects using the Unreal Engine and have a good understanding of creating blueprints and optimising code using C++ and the Unreal pipeline.
