Skillsearch is looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Global Communications Manager, Finance Operations to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time global communications management role is for an Outside IR35 contract, is based in Dublin and comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Senior Global Communications Manager, you will effectively inform and promote the finance transformation and operations organisation and its brand, people, mission and services. You will also create awareness and buy-in among stakeholders (direct and indirect) throughout the organisation and at every stage of business and finance transformations.
To give you an idea of how this global operations management job would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:
- Play a highly influential role in building business adoption
- Be responsible for executive and sponsorship communications to improve engagement and cross-department collaboration
- Coordinate discovery, planning, designing, authoring, approving and publishing information delivery needs of stakeholders across the organisation and often within the transformation programs
- Manage all aspects of content creation, including contributions from program, sponsor or subject matter experts
The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years of similar experience in a business-related field, preferably in a software or technology company. You will also need:
- Evidence of good project management skills
- Proven success in planning, coordinating, developing and delivering effective communications for large programs transforming large organisations
- Proficiency in writing transformation program content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Exceptional influencing skills from operational staff through middle and up to senior management levels
