Senior Gameplay Programmer

Skillsearch is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Gameplay Programmer to join a world-class team working on an exciting new project. This role is based in Brno and offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking tactical FPS game, Gray Zone Warfare, powered by Unreal Engine 5. Your Mission

• Gameplay Systems Design: Design and implement gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine and C++.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and artists to ensure gameplay systems align with project requirements.
• Efficient Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and clarity.
• Problem-Solving: Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise, delivering timely solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development.

Who Will Fit In?

• Passionate Coder: A deep love for coding and a strong enthusiasm for gaming.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in programming with significant experience in Unreal Engine and C++. You’ve shipped at least one premium multiplayer title as a game programmer, ideally an FPS.
• Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Location: Willingness to relocate to Brno.
