As a Senior Gameplay Designer at this studio in Farnborough, you will be working with development teams to create world class VR games. Within the role you will be optimising game experiences, liaising with other teams, mentoring your own team and a whole lot more.

Senior Gameplay Designer key responsibilities:
- Established designs for features of the project
- Drive the development of features with a multidisciplinary team
- Liaise with the Lead Designer to make sure features meet the creative and technical requirements
- Work to optimise experiences
- Create briefs and documents for features
- Mentor the team and provide feedback
Essential requirements for this role in Farnborough:
- Significant previous experience in a similar role
- Natural problem solver
- Able to manage your workload and that of your teams
