You’ll be bringing your experience and knowledge to a robust coding department. Your work will be exciting and varied as your code touches all aspects of the company's games in Unreal Engine 5.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work closely with designers to translate their features into clean and efficient code
- Produce prototypes of gameplay ideas to explore their viability
- Implement all technical aspects of games such as networking, animation, effects, UI, audio
- Assess and solve performance and memory issues in an existing codebase.
To apply, you will require the following:
- One or more shipped PC/console titles with engine or graphics credit
- Excellent knowledge of C++ and systems design skills
- Experience with Unreal Engine programming on published titles
- Knowledge of engine low-level systems: graphics, physics, multithreading, networking.
