Senior Game Programmer in Bangkok

As a Senior Game Programmer at this studio in Bangkok, you will be playing a pivotal role within the team as you are generally responsible for keeping the game you work on up and running. Within this you will be working to develop 3D MMORPG games working closely with all other disciplines, contributing ideas and generally working to make games the best they can be. 

This studio is an indie mobile MMO developer situated in the beautiful city of Bangkok, where they bring immersive and unique experiences to their players all over the world. If you like the unconventional and are brimming full of ideas and inspiration, then this role could be perfect for you. 

Senior Game Programmer responsibilities: 

  • Develop 3D MMORPG games for mobile 
  • Optimise code and data for memory use and performance 
  • Develop C# programmes on a range of platforms 
  • Fix bugs and ensure coding standards are followed 
  • Provide innovative ideas to game development 
  • Estimate the delivery timeframe 
  • Share knowledge with the rest of the team 

Key requirements for this role in Bangkok: 

  • Extensive previous professional game development experience 
  • Strong C# skills 
  • Unity experience 
  • MySQL skills 
  • Passionate about the MMORPG genre 
  • University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or similar
