As a Senior Game Developer at this fully remote studio, you will have the chance to work anywhere in the world as you lead end to end development of a battle royale game set in a futuristic world, looking after the core infrastructure, working on reliability and security and generally striving to build a robust end product.
This Web3 game studio is on a mission to create innovative, decentralised gaming experiences as pioneers in their field. With some of the biggest NFT brands under their belt they’re looking for a passionate and talented team to bring an exciting and unique vision to life.
Senior Game Developer responsibilities:
- Design and lead the development of core architecture
- Own the entire development process
- Create and maintain
- Train and guide junior developers
- Work on playtests and resolve bugs
Key requirements for this remote role:
- Extensive prior professional game development experience
- Have worked on one or more online competitive game
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and development pipelines
- Experience with server architecture, security and multiplayer networking
- Able to keep up to date with evolving standards and developments in tech
- Leadership experience in building and mentoring teams
