Our client is searching for a Senior Game Designer to craft compelling free-to-play (F2P) experiences that keep players engaged and drive long-term retention. If you have a passion for game mechanics, economy balancing, and data-driven design, this role is for you.

• Design and implement engaging game mechanics, core loops, and meta-systems to enhance player retention.
• Analyse player behaviour and performance metrics to optimise features and improve monetisation strategies.
• Balance in-game economies and progression systems to maintain fairness and long-term engagement.
• Take ownership of game features from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and product managers, to bring innovative ideas to life.

• Proven experience in F2P game design, with a track record of delivering successful features.
