As a Senior Game Designer at this studio, you will have the chance to work fully remotely anywhere within Europe as you take their sci-fi looter shooter game from AA to AAA over the coming years.

Senior Game Designer responsibilities: 

• Build on the quality of gameplay (combat, gunplay, movement, world interactions, etc.) 
• Be the driving force behind turning games from AA to AAA 
• Bring the vision to release and beyond 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

• Extensive experience in a Senior or Lead Game Designer role 
• Have worked in a Senior/Lead Game Designer role on commercially released action games 
• Strong leadership presence 
• Experience working with sub disciplines in the design department 
• Used to interacting with art, code and production 
• Able to review all parts of the game and ensure it is high quality
