As a Senior Game Designer at this studio in Guildford, you will be on a mission to bring new titles to market, working on successful live games at a thriving mobile studio. If you’re sociable, hard-working and love to work on top games, then you could be perfect for this role. 

This studio works on unique motorsports games and each and every team member gets to have an input and has the opportunity to leave their stamp on the final product. Senior Game Designer responsibilities: 

• Design and craft gameplay experiences and features 
• Create game content 
• Devise and balance meta-game economies to maximise game performance 
• Write, review and feedback on game and feature design documents, builds and plans 
• Propose updates to existing games 
• Expand company portfolio and ensure they’re at the cutting-edge of the industry 
• Review, schedule and prioritise design team 

Key requirements for this role in Guildford: 

• Experience designing multiple successful free to play games 
• Experience across the product lifecycle (prototyping, production, updating live games) 
• Strong knowledge of mobile and social games 
• Strong understanding of current design techniques 
• Maths background 
• Experience reviewing game analytics 
• Understanding of mobile user experience design
