Senior Environment Artist

Skillsearch's client is looking for a Senior Environment Artist to join their team in Stockholm, Sweden or Warsaw, Poland. This full-time role offers a favourable salary and exciting projects. 

In this busy role, you will be creating art content for the ultimate in high-fidelity combat simulation. You will be working with environment-related content, such as terrain, vegetation, trees and objects. 

In your first few weeks in this Senior Environment Artist role, you can expect to: 

• Collaborate with programmers and machine learning experts to generate a procedural world 
• Be involved in the entire process from reference photos to the final look of the environment 
• Create photorealistic textures, meshes and materials based on real world data and references 
• Analyse and improve visual quality and performance of environment assets. 

To apply for this Senior Environment Artist role, you will need 3 or more years of experience in environment art production. You will also require the following: 

• Experience in the Unreal Engine 
• Expertise in softwares related to game art creation 
• Advanced technical knowledge and understanding of realtime art 
• A passion for pushing the state of the art in terms of fidelity.
