Do you have 3D modeling experience, and are you seeking a new remote-working opportunity? Our Spain-based client is looking for a Senior Environment Artist, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a flexible Senior 3D Environment Artist, you will create efficient in-game models, UVs and materials for both organic and inorganic environments, including props, foliage suites and modular kits.

In your first few weeks in this 3D environment artist role, you can expect to:

  • Populate and decorate in-game environments with organic and inorganic assets
  • Work with the Art Director to maintain the environments' artistic style and quality
  • Work closely with Technical Artists to optimise objects and environments to respect constraints
  • Add lighting and VFX to the environments you create.

To apply for this Senior Environment Artist role, you will need 5+ years of experience as an Environment Artist or other role responsible for creating game-ready assets in a full-cycle game development studio. You will also require the following:

  • Understanding of modularity and environment systems used in fast, iterative, and efficient production
  • Modelling and UV skills with a recognized 3d package such as 3dMax, Maya, or Blender
  • Proficiency with ZBrush and Photoshop.
