As a Senior Creative at this fully remote studio, you will be developing impressive creative work to connect with gamers, using your strong understanding of brands, cultures and gamer behaviour to offer an insight-driven approach, embracing every challenge along the way with passion! 

This studio prides itself on putting everything they have into every project which is what has allowed them to enjoy such huge success in the form of award-winning AAA titles so far. Therefore, it is essential that the right candidate for the role is truly passionate and excited about all things gaming, tv, and film and has their sights set on creating the best content possible. 

Senior Creative responsibilities: 

• Create ideas and execute them across channels 
• Sell the vision to clients 
• Bring ideas to life and execute them within campaigns 
• Define and craft work across digital, TV, print, social, events and more 
• Craft copy and art direction 
• Lead creative direction of pitches and client proposals 
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members 
• Inspire the studio to produce amazing game content 

Key requirements for this remote role: 

• Significant prior experience in a creative role at a creative agency 
• Consistent track record in similar roles 
• Strong portfolio of work across all channels 
• Concept and craft skills 
• Strong background in crafting work for brands 
• Able to lead a team towards a vision 
• Experience leading creative work when working for large, international brands as well as small organisations 
• Passionate about the games industry and creative industries in general 
• Skilled in Adobe Creative software 
• Strong knowledge of the video games industry
