Senior Creative & Design

As a Senior Creative, you will deliver expressive visual concepts of content creation for global publishing and product marketing, including concept design, video and audio production, promotional visuals, graphic design, interactive design, and digital content. You will also utilise mood boards, sketches, and 3D compositions to explore creative design concepts. 

In your first few weeks in this concept design role, you can expect to: 

• Implement creative material, to produce, evaluate, and rewrite shot lists, story outlines, and other useful video content 
• Give feedback documentation to help ensure consistency and quality standards among internal and external partners 
• Create brand visual specifications based on game assets, and broaden the game's artistic expression 

To apply for this role, you will need an understanding and knowledge of art style trends, standards, and process methods, as well as a preference for a data-driven creative approach to generating engaging content with quantifiable results. You will also require the following: 

• Ability to explore and articulate ideas, not just through attractive graphics, but from concept to execution 
• Experience in visual design, animation (2D/3D), layout, modelling, storyboard, character animation, effects, compositing, and music editing 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Unity, and other art software applications 
• Great passion for AAA console games, illustrations, motion graphics, films
