Senior Core Engine Programmer in Amsterdam
Are you a Programmer that works with Core Engines and their software like you’ve been doing it your whole life? Do you want a chance to shape a new IP from a top AAA studio?
This studio has a tight-knit, multicultural team where anybody, from anywhere, is welcome. They are currently developing a new AAA open world game after the massive success of their previous game, so this is a great time to join the team!
Senior Core Engine Programmer Responsibilities
- Research and develop processes and workflows for the game
- Take personal responsibility for the software architecture including evaluating and implementing solutions while detecting issues and meeting requirements
- Use your previous experiences to understand the relationships between code, content creation and QA, and communicate any risks and issues between the team
Requirements for this role in Amsterdam
For this job you will need experience with:
- Programming in the games industry (8+ years)
- C and C++ programming
- Software design and architecture
- Integrating third party technologies
- Using mathematics and it’s application within coding
