As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will maintain and develop player communities on multiple social media platforms, including Discord, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Please note that this position requires a multi-language speaker.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work closely with the dev team, create and prompt the marketing strategy from ground-up for North American players
- Provide analysis and report on a regular basis to help improve the game performance and users’ experience
- Develop in-game events for game communities, and work with development staff to implement a live ops idea
- Design community events for players before the release of the final product
To apply for this marketing role, you will need 5+ years of community development and game marketing experience. You will also require the following:
- An understanding of international marketing
- Familiarity with the procedures for localizing video games for the NA market
- Understanding of open-world survival and shooter games
- Excellent communication skills
- AAA game development experience
