Our client, a China-based mobile game developer and publisher is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role comes with an excellent salary and benefits. 

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of our international team who is passionate about mobile games. You will get a promising success rate and a fulfilling work experience. Through your work, you will develop your skills and help PC and console games enter the promising mobile gaming market (including the Chinese market with 5.2 billion users) and gain the attention and love of millions of players! 

In your first few weeks in this BD role, you can expect to: 

  • Identify high-quality premium game studios and experienced publishers and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with them 
  • Establish cooperation with suitable PC and console game developers or publishers based on the company's game list or your own knowledge 
  • Act as a bridge between the team and the client, acquiring code, coordinating internal resources, and collaborating remotely online with our Chinese mobile game team 

To apply for this business development role, you will need 6-8 years of experience in a PC or console game BD position, with excellent business development ability, and the ability to proactively explore and develop relationships. You will also require the following: 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills 
  • Exist network with premium and indie game developers and publishers 
  • Familiarity with the majority of premium and independent games on the market and in-depth knowledge of the market 
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and work remotely/hot desk 
  • Fluency in English
