Skillsearch is helping a company in the gaming sector find a full-time Senior Automation Programmer in Horsham, West Sussex. The role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
In this role, you will help drive forward the company's unit and automated testing approaches, helping to ensure stability for the multiple games they are building.
In your first few weeks in this Senior Automation Programmer role, you can expect to:
- Be involved in developing frameworks, tests, and tools to automate and help accelerate all aspects of product development, pipelines, tooling and service monitoring
- Define testing practices and have the potential to take on leadership responsibilities in the future
- Implement tests and guide others in the development of tests for leading games.
To apply for this Senior Automation Programmer role, you will need excellent technical skills with a high level of C++ and at least one high-level language (e.g., C#). You will also require the following:
- Good understanding of tools automation testing
- Experience creating automated tests within a Continuous Integration environment e.g
- Jenkins/Teamcity
- Experience with source control and developing Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Defining Test Data and Reports.
